When she brought Addyson today she went on and on about how wonderful this office is and that ALL offices should model their offices after us. (medical, dental, Pepco, Verizon...) She said "from the minute you walk in the door you know this is going to be a wonderful experience. From the front desk to the people in the back talking care of us, there are so many wonderful details." I thanked her for the kind words and compliment. And said it is nice to hear good feedback. Having had a business career prior to having children, I had many occasions to interact with highly successful, affluent and accomplished individuals, men and women both. That perceptive, combined with my experience of being a "mom" leaves me with great pleasure with each touch point I have with you office. Your employees, you office, the "theme days", your email contacts, you mailings and even something like this, are all part of what makes you such an incredibly successful and wonderful professional (in my humble, yet, unsolicited opinion). Whether or not my family actually takes you up on this offer, really isn't the point, to me. Rather, it's the initiative, the "out-of-the-box" thinking and your ever progressive way of running a "dentistry" that I find so appealing.
